We can usually ship alcohol with a 3 week notice. Ample time is required so that we can get our distributor all the information they need to ship accordingly.

We have shipped or assembled kits internationally, but the quality is variable, so we are postponing what we can do until we have a great partner we can work with consistently! We can do an occasional kit to Canada with a similar but not identical build, using concentrated instead of fresh citrus.

Great Question! Standard non-alcoholic kits turnaround time is about 10 days, but we are working to get that shorter! Alcoholic kits will take 3 weeks after we have all the addresses we need to make the shipment for your event!

If you wish to expedite, we can make that happen, just email info@rachgreencocktails.com and state which cocktail experience and/or kit you’d like and the correct address, and we can have it in less than 1 week.

If kits arrive damaged, or incorrect, we will absolutely replace kits in a timely manner to ensure everyone has a wonderful experience! We encourage everyone to open their packages upon arrival to put perishable items in the fridge until the event. With the kits arriving 3-5 days prior to the event, it will give our company ample time to replace anything that needs to be.

We will do absolutely everything we can to make errors right, and also to limit the amount of errors from happening. So we please ask that when addresses are submitted to send your group kits for an event that all the information is correct and complete.

We pride ourselves on our quality and punctual kit delivery, so we will confirm before shipping, any changes that need to be made are done. It is also the client’s responsibility to submit correct and complete addresses, and assist in a timely manner if addresses or changes need to be made during the delivery process to ensure everyone receives their kit.

Usually the postal system will return a package if there is an incorrect or difficult to find address, there is usually a 3 day period where they will hold the package until the address is corrected through the site.

If the delivery error is due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we ask that you assist with reshipping another package. Usually we catch the error in our software and alert you before sending to correct before that package is sent.

For more public addresses, the postal service sometimes places it in a public area or outside the home vs in a mailroom or with a concierge. If there is any possibility that the security of the package could be compromised it is the client/recipient's responsibility to include that in the notes section of the csv file you submit the addresses to prevent any confusion for the delivery.
